Owner, BCBA, Executive Director
Luna Weiss-Salinas, M.A., BCBA, LBA
Luna Weiss-Salinas, BCBA is the Executive Director for clinical performance. In this capacity, she has overseen the delivery of high-quality ABA services to numerous children with autism and their families. Luna has extensive experience working in a variety of settings, including Michelle P. Waiver, schools, and homes. She holds degrees from Eastern Kentucky University (EKU) and Spalding University, which laid the foundation for her career in behavioral analysis. Luna is also the past-president of the Kentucky Association for Behavior Analysis (KYABA) and currently is an adjunct-faculty member in EKU’s Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis program, where she invests in the future initiatives to advance the field within the state. Luna brings both expertise and personality to her work, ensuring a positive impact on those she serves.

Eddie Hernandez, MBA
Eddie is a graduate of Texas Wesleyan University and Indiana Wesleyan University with an MBA specializing in Healthcare Administration. Eddie is at the forefront of daily operations, which consist of finance, funder contracts, employee development/retention to better serve the families impacted by developmental delays.
Eddie is invested in advocacy work, serving as the Vice-Chair for the Kentucky ABA Advocates organization. Through strategic initiatives and dedication Eddie channels his passion for advocacy into tangible change for individuals and families within the developmental disabilities community.
Eddie takes satisfaction in knowing what he does every day makes a positive impact in people’s lives.

Terribeth Stanisz, M.A., BCBA, LBA
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Terribeth has dedicated her career to helping children with autism reach their goals. Terribeth has been working in the field of ABA since 2014. She received a masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University before becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2017.
Terribeth is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of her clients and utilizes her background in Precision Teaching to ensure skills are taught thoroughly and quickly. As a parent herself, Terribeth understands that families are our partners in their child's growth throughout their ABA journey. She seeks to deliver meaningful parent trainings on a monthly basis and builds strong relationships with not only her clients but their families as well.
Behavior Analyst
Tesla Stoneking, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
Tesla was Board Certified as an Assistant Behavior Analyst in 2019, working as a Clinical Supervisor. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati with Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2022, becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Tesla has experience in Skills Based Treatment (SBT) an applying principles in high and low magnitude maladaptive behaviors. She is passionate about building functional replacement behaviors using Augmentative Alternative Communication (AAC) devices and early intervention programming.

Lucas Sevenants, M.A., BCBA, LBA
Lucas graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 2023, becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst shortly after. While new as a BCBA, he first started at Excel as a behavior technician in 2020. After discovering his passion for the field he began searching for ways to expand his knowledge and scope, soon seeking advice from his supervisors and becoming a student. Lucas strives to expand his knowledge on various evidence based treatments to best serve clients and their families.

Chelsea Miller
After relocating to Lexington in 2011, Chelsea began her career as an ABA professional and has been a Registered Behavior Technician since 2015. In 2020, she transitioned into her current role as Operations Coordinator with Excel ABA. Chelsea is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of various processes within the company. Her role encompasses a wide range of tasks, from coordinating schedules to implementing and streamlining administrative procedures. When not at the office, she enjoys spending time outside with her senior dog Odin and husband Zach.
