Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Full-Time

- The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for supervising a team of BT/RBTs in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for a caseload of clients. The caseload is kept small (8-12) so you have the time to provide quality services to your clients!

- The BCBA works closely with the operations and clinical teams to ensure quality of care, authorization, supervision, and implementation of treatment plans are provided in the effective treatment of patients. The BCBA models culture throughout their daily interactions with every individual in our centers. The BCBA oversees and provides training to the clinical team that directly impacts each patient on his or her caseload in all environments where treatment occurs.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician

Full-Time

- A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a credentialed paraprofessional who works one-on-one with people receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to implement their intervention plans.

- As an RBT, you won’t be designing or assessing these plans. Instead, you’ll be working under close, ongoing supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst—to carry them out.
